Meet the Team
David Wagner
David, a licensed general contractor, professional engineer and residential broker, is a graduate of North Carolina State University and President of North Hills Homes. He is responsible for project development as well as residential and commercial construction. He brings structural integrity into the mix from the very beginning. Plans are reviewed and refined in-house to meet buyers’ specifications, and at the same time he personally looks at the property from the constructability viewpoint. He orients each home on the property by considering the slope of the site, the existing tree cover, the height of the foundation and the position of adjacent homes. |

Cindy Wagner
Cindy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and as Vice President of North Hills Homes oversees the day-to-day operation of the company. Her passion is selecting home designs considering the aesthetics and flow of the interior as well as the eye-catching exterior design. Cindy has the instinct for what people like, what’s marketable and incorporates cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art design creativity to the process. |

Peggy Jones
Peggy, as an interior design graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, rounds out the North Hills Homes Team. She reviews the design of each house and considers the efficiency, livability, entertaining, flow and furniture placement. Her extraordinary talent has been recognized with awards for each parade home submitted for judging.

Kenneth Barnes
Kenneth, a graduate of North Carolina State University, brings years of diverse experience to the North Hills Homes team. He worked for 10 years in Lowes Home Improvement's Retail Management, 12 years for the United States Department of Agriculture, and another 10 years in an entrepreneurial private home improvement and remodeling practice. Kenneth is the team's on-site project manager and our eyes and ears at the job site. He manages materials and home construction and oversees every detail to ensure that the project is finished with the best quality possible.

Brianna Vey
Brianna, IT specialist and web designer for North Hills Homes, competently provides expertise in the implementation, support and management of the computer-based information systems. She coordinates the database backup administration and is skilled in website design and programming. Brianna is a dynamic, creative and results-oriented team player. As a part-time employee, Brianna is currently working towards a Biomedical Engineering degree at Duke University.
