Our History
Founded in 1997 by Professional Engineer and North Carolina native David Wagner, North Hills Homes, Inc. has grown steadily, building and remodeling single-family homes and townhomes in Johnston County and Wake County, ranging in size from 1500 square feet to over 6000 square feet.
Operating as a full service building and remodeling company in the triangle region with a team of dedicated employees, North Hills Homes is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, North Carolina Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Johnston County, Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.
